Accessible to schools. Covered and secured parking on a first come first serve basis. Hotel staff were very accommodating. Room is clean despite the building being old.

It was along Lacson so the trucks were too noisy, especially at night. Building itself is also a bit old. The lights inside the rooms could have been better, it was dim.

-it's been a long drive from Isabela and we appreciate the fact that you have a parking area for guests with vehicles. -receptionists are friendly and accommodating. -stayed twice already in that property and thumbs up for it's cleanliness. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Veeery small and limited space in the bathroom but clean and functional. There is no 'tabo' in room 416 during my last stay. -strategic location. Close and walking distance to shops, restaurants and banks.

-I booked a stay at Fersal hotel at Sta. Cruz via booking.com I requested for an early check in and early check out for the same day (March 21) but didn't get a response (tried calling your posted number more than 10x but to no avail, it's just ringing) until we reached the hotel at 6am. According to the receptionist, room was ready but we had to wait until 8am and pay additional 1,000 on top of the 1,725 I had to pay for a 1 day charge. I informed the receptionist prior to payment that we 'll check out in the afternoon (5p.m.) of the same day as I had a flight to catch. So I paid a total of 2,725 just for a 9-hour stay. I think that's quite expensive.

It was very near the University of Sto. Tomas where my son had an activity. It is cheap for an overnight stay. Mc Donalds and Jollibee are just around the corner, its better to book without breakfast. Drinking water is available anytime.

The breakfast sucks, It would have been better if they provided a better Filipino breakfast like egg and tuyo instead of tasteless congee. Not satisfied with the coffee as well. during check in, the staff gave us the key without actually asking for payment. all the while since I gave the details of my card upon booking, I thought I was already charged for my stay. While I was resting, around 7pm, the staff called and asked me if I can go down for the payment. Since it was her mistake, she could have informed me and ask for the payment in the morning when we will have our breakfast or even during check out. It was already 7pm in the evening, I was already in my pajama and was already resting, lazy lying in bed yet she asked me to go down to pay. A little consideration from the reception could have made a big difference. If they could charge my card for "no show", they could have charged me just the same.

I can say, it's excellent for a 3 star hotel.

It has all the basic things you need for a comfy stay for a reasonable price. Had a good bed and the room and toilet were nice and clean. It provides you unlimited filtered water. Let us borrowed the kettle and/or provided us hot water. Have friendly and professional staff. And has a friendly security guard.

For the price can't complain.
